Purpose
Founded on the wisdom of Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it”, Troop TX-0226’s purpose is to help parents train and equip their sons, through the Trail Life USA program, to be capable Christian leaders, husbands, fathers, and citizens. This training is built upon the foundation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Trail Life USA Oath and Motto.

Vision
Troop TX-0226 is committed to support parents in training up their sons in the way they should go. It is our intent to help each young man under our care to become a responsible husband, father, and citizen who is guided by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the values of the Trail Life USA program.
Mission
Troop TX-0226 is dedicated first and foremost to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, making it a lamp unto our feet and light unto our path, and an instrument to guide generations of courageous young men to honor God, lead with integrity, serve others, and experience outdoor adventure. We will deliver a quality Trail Life USA program that honors the Lord and equips young men to Walk Worthy and live out the Trail Life USA Oath.
